I was using Jack White up to 3 years ago when my objectives of CHEAP TRADES CHANGED to low cost service ( within a few %age points really) ( Back then Online Trades were $35 ish )...yet, the annual accounting just seems to be better with my Full Service Broker<s>. Annual facts on a day to day. I will not plug, but with all the $15-20 traders you mentioned, I think you missed the main fact that folks seem to do lately in life. Salesfolks earn their commmissions sometimes and should be paid for it. Do you shop at Walmart now and avoid the local guy?
