Nokomis: I think you're wise, playing golf, researching, being patient. It seems to be working well for you. Yeah, I did OK today; shorted QQQ yesterday, covered today and shorted AMZN and covered today. Anytime you can make a few dollars on a day like today it feels very good, a real "victory"; playing it real careful, 'cause I don't really know how it's gonna go. I'm even worried about upcoming earnings. I've been through times when "blowout" earnings have been ignored when the market is in a correction phase. Perhaps we should all view the last couple of days (and maybe a few more) as a return to reality, even as a tourist, and remember that paradoxically (coming off an 87% NASDAQ gain in '99) the market is not an "easy" game...it just seems that way sometimes.
