Hello Stuart, Good to hear from you. I knew you were here, just stands to reason. Glad to hear you increased your position... makes for a nice Christmas in 2000. Throw us a bone from time to time when permitted. Reliable information is hard to come by.

Stuart:

I have Dell B series machine on order
MicronPC DX5000 (840) machine on order
Compaq AP550 (840) machine on order
Intel VC820 motherboard on order
Planning to add ASUS motherboard tomorrow.

I am starting to see that delivery dates are being more realistic but still two to three weeks away in most cases.

The micronPC rep said there are shipping 50 units a day for last 3 weeks. They are using IBM PC600 RIMM's LOL and Tyan motherboards. However, the hard drive subsystems are not worthy of a 840 workstation He said that only way is up from here in volume.
Rise in stock price today is the signal to buy, buy, buy.

What would you say if I told you a company with $12.4B/yr in sales, that specializes in workstations, servers, storage
subsystems, network switches, software and microprocessors has decided to use Rambus in a new microprocessor they are
developing. What if I also told you this company makes a lot of their sales supporting the internet infrastructure and has close
ties to AOL? Compared to Intel's $28.8B/yr in sales and Microsoft's $20.9B/yr in sales, $12.4B may not sound like much
but when a company of this size decides to use Rambus, investors should take notice. The company with $12.4B in sales is
Sun Microsystems. The new microprocessor is called Majc.

sun.com

In order for Sun to dramatically grow revenue, they must compete with Intel and Microsoft at the consumer level. Majc is
what Sun is developing to help them accomplish this.

More information on Majc can be found at:

Will Sun be successful in taking market share from Intel and Microsoft? I don't know, but they are definitely a serious
competitor and they are heavily plugged into the internet. Expect to see a lot more press in the future on Majc. At some
point, the press and the investment community will pick up on this.
