P&F goes by supply and demand. If there is demand for the stock, it goes up. This happens regardless of PE or analysts or Maria's hair. Our indicators say that risk is not as high as some believe. It doesn't mean we can't get a haircut. IF it continues then the indicators will show that. With volatile stocks the intraday/week movements can be dramatic. All this will be displayed, minus the noise, on the chart. Go to the DWA site and read about the NYSEBP. That would be a good start if you really want to know "Why the chart looks good?"
