In cash starting today. I expected the NASDAQ strength to continue right through January, but today's 5.5% NASDAQ dip and yesterday and today's NYSE dips convinced me it's a good time to take the profits I've made in the past two months and watch for a buying opportunity.

I expect that the "January Effect" forces will resume as people receive their annual profit sharing bonuses, etc., and pour it all into stocks (it's a strategy that's worked without fail since 1982). After that, I'll buy and sell as my models suggest.
