Steve and Thread, ADVISORY/Panasonic, SanDisk and Toshiba to Make Announcement I checked and there are no natural disasters in Taiwan today. I guess The Street hates the idea of a joint venture and that the usual paradoxic effect of positive announcements still holds true for SanDisk. Are we missing something? Steve, Thought you may find this interesting. It is relevant to SNDK shareholders because Toshiba is the sole source of NAND flash chips for m-systems. Samsung and m-systems working together on a new Palm PC... "ROM and battery-backed RAM, which have been used in the past, simply don't offer users the same level of reliability or functionality.
