Boats, hmm, maybe. I would say rich yacht owners are more likely customers.
I seriously doubt, that " 80% of the world's people who have no access to phones of any kind " will be able to afford a G* phone. Too rich for their blood. Besides, most of them can hardly afford food.
Ambulances and emergency vehicles have enough equipment already. This service is too expensive for them.
Private planes are also a limited market.
