Greetings,

I just read your article on rule makers. It was interesting to read
about how irresponsible you claim the PW analyst was in his earnings
estimates for Qualcomm while at the same time totally misrepresenting
Qualcomm's revenue stream. The future earnings growth for Qualcomm will
not come from royalties alone. In fact, royalties will comprise only a
small fraction of their revenue stream. Their greatest growth will come
from ASIC sales. Those are the computer chips that run CDMA phones. In
that area Qualcomm is the Intel of wireless.

Perhaps your labeling of "irresponsible" was a little off target. Or
perhaps you misunderstand what that means too, having written a piece
that smacks of it.
