Yeah, I know the Southern patent and the issues, AFFX versus Oxford. However, the HYSQ versus AFFX and INCY versus AFFX issues are greek to me. From your description, I suspect that they're also greek to you. However, I'll check the HYSQ thread. Thanks!

I just did a patent search for GENE and came up with two patents. Are there more that you know of?
