Brian, you believe that the concept is not true. You believe a lot of things that no one else, including the majority of Christians, believes. You are much like the hare of Aesop. He ran the race only so far, and sat back to take a little nap, confident that he had won the race, but by continuing on the path at a steady pace, the tortoise finished the race and won. While most of the rest of Christianity continues to walk the path toward the light of Jesus, you have stopped, and are perfectly content with the platitudes you have designed for yourself, and will lose. You have to finish the race before you can win, and no one will finish the race until the day of judgement. Do you, really, think you will fare any better than the rest of us? You do not like me because I speak the truth, and you know it, but it does not fit with your manufactured ideals.--haqi

Brian, I'm curious. Some things you mentioned in the preceding post cause me to wonder. Do you think babies who die include both elect and non-elect souls? If so, are non-elect babies judged and damned to hell? Does God hate some babies, perhaps most of them?

I'm thinking a yes answer would probably be consistent with a belief in absolute predestination but am not sure - maybe there is some loophole for babies.
