Please distill your comments and I'd be happy to reply.

Take my word for it. This is a space I'm intimitly involved in and NT hasn't a chance. OIE is indeed a last gasp effort - no matter what spin he puts on it.

Oh... and please show me where INTC and MSFT have done anything with OIE. NT did an announcement which INTC and MSFT supported. MSFT hasn't done a thing with OIE since...well... since BAY gave them OSPF. INTC - INTC is looking at using OIE on their network processors which no networking vendor is looking at in earnest.

Don't compare the market for rudimentary and public IP on a handset to QCOM who collects royalties. The IP required to network a handset is practically public domain. There are some adjunct functions to provide internet function to the handset but guess what - NT doesn't own that technology. In fact - COMS does!

Again, if you'd like to have a conversation on this matter please distill your comments. I haven't the time to read your entire post.

G'day all - somewhat related, since NT is mentioned, but you got to give Mr Joe Battipaglia credit for being a true bull
