Yes, you are right, if that's what you mean, that India and these other third world countries such as China are at least a century away from Globalstar phones.

But you are already wrong about China because since that century clicked by, they have been operating a gateway near Beijing and will be offering full commercial service soon.

India's Globalstar gateway won't be operating until next century, you are right [using the 2001 date as the century marker]. But it won't be long after that.

New Zealand [which is not a third world country] will be some time after India.

If those 'centuries' aren't what you mean and you really think it will take 100 years, or more, for these places to improve, you have not been paying attention to what 'The New Paradigm' means. It's more than overvalued internet stocks.

If you want an idea of how quickly countries can improve, check out Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Hong Kong. These are no longer third world countries.
