Talked to the court of appeals in Denver today and this is what I got. January 18th, 9:00am, BNEZ and AOL have 15 minutes each to give their speals, ot sure of the room, but will be in division 3. 3 appeal judges will hear our 15 mintues of fame and then hopefully within 90 days, render their opinion on whether the lawsuit should continue. IMHO mitchell Somebody just pissed away another 4100 bucks on BNEZ shares, looks like some maybe sold for 7 cents per share, not bad
