Why is BEAS so many times better than the likes of FMKT/CMRC?

After today's drop, FMKT still has a market cap of $9.5 billions. FMKT lost GM deal today to CMRC and there by lost a good part of their revenues. The other major customer is United Technologies. Now, how comfortable is United with FMKT?

Compared to FMKT, BEAS has $11 billion in mkt cap. Yesterday, FMKT had $11.5 bil. That is more than BEAS at it's peak.

With thousands of proven installations, at major customers, all over the world and many more picking it up .. should BEAS still be at $11 bil?

An analyst wrote recently that when one picks a technology company, look for one that has scope to expand globally. That is BEAS, with major installations in Europe, Australia, NZ, Japan and Asia!

It is used in majority of financial institutions, telecom, postal, and now in Internet companies. Should BEAS still be at $11 bil?

Dan Raischer put a price target of $90 yesterday, which takes this stock to about $13.5 bil. That doesn't do justice to this company at all! This year itself, it should get into $20+ bil, which translates to > $130 share price.

Waiting for a smart analyst to put proper price target on this one ..

zelix - OT. like many others, I'm involved with an internet company. (Entertainment based.)

Our biz model really takes hold 3-5 years out. Gonna be a whole 'nother ball of wax IMO.
