The U.K online travel agent that sold (EB6 NM) shares in a dual listing in Frankfurt -16.9 percent and New York last month fell over 18.7 euros concern how much it will have to pay for three travel agencies it agreed to buy. Ebookers said it bought Lloyd Tours Oyj, a Finnish online discounted fare agency, and German travel companies Take-Off Reisen and Cosmos GmbH. The companies have combined annual sales of about $12.5 million. The company also fell 13.5 percent over the week in the U.S.
