Well, would it be surprising if she didn't pay rent?

It wasn't that long ago that her house was foreclosed. Later, she made good on the mortgage, paying it all off, after doing the HYIP scam against Marasco, according to Marasco's complaint.

One might ask whether nonpayment runs in the family. Her son was sued after the "William Wallace Trust" bought a restaurant and then didn't pay the note, according to the Ryan Investments complaint.

If she was the tenant, what could she have been renting ...

A barn for Bill to live in?
A warehouse for his flight simulator?
Office space for LFT?
Storage space for postage stamps?
