paulr1,

I understand what onelist does, but as I see it QCharts has a duty to their customers. Now you can chose any way you want to do that but why would you chose to use a 2nd party that has no responsibility to a customer to communicate your companies information to the customer that pays the bill.

I can see it now,,,,QCharts sends a notice to onelst to be forwarded to the customers of QCharts,,,,,,Onelst then is suppposed to send it to me,,,,,,and if they dont it's ,,,,ahhh we didnt get it ,,,ahhh something happened to our equipment,,,yada yada yada,,,,,,,,

It is so simple.....QCharts has the customers,,,and the list of e-mails,,,,,,the QCharts expert types the message and with a mouse click sends the message to all of us on the mail list. It cant get any easier .....

Many other companies do there own notification and for two reasons alone, the duty to the customer, and why would QCharts want to release there list of customers to a 2nd party who can then do what they please with it.....

Hal
