I'm considering CyberTrader. What are you referring to when you say, "What is the deal with the lower $99 cost?"

I talked with them this morning. They've changed the number of trades needed for reduced fee Level II. I think it now costs $99/month and is free with 50 trades or more a month. Check with them. It was in the latest CyberCorp newsletter ~ which btw for anyone not signed up for it (free) is very informative and useful if you have interest in CyberX or CyberTrader.

I'm impressed with their follow through and ease of contacting them (at least the sales group). With Preferred Trade it was a nightmare to get through and then when you did get someone on the phone you could tell they didn't want to talk to you.

Looks like you already got your answer. They took the words right out of my mouth. :) I am impressed with CyberTrader. Every call I have made to them has been answered with patience and courtesy. I am not a very active trader and this lower price looks perfect for me.
