"money on the sidelines" won't bail out an insanely valued market. that's part of the reason it's on the sidelines in the first place! it's not "greater fool" money and the current fools shouldn't expect it to save or bail them out -- despite the CNBS blather. if anything, that sideline money will come into the market to buy beaten down GOOD companies and broaden out the market, while the mo-mo stocks get what, historically, they always do...and always deserve.
