However the ball is now with NN and Investors are eagerly awaiting results.

No Michael-- he is just banging on his chest going for a bigger buck as he should be. If he gave up it would go lower,, the more strength he portrays the better the offers.Things are not all that bad at NN but tey would not be running 23 - 25 a share without the probabilityof abuy out either IMO,, more like 16 - 18...
But 50... that is a stretch..
