Brian. Yardeni. Yes, I get what you are saying. But he has been pretty bearish at the wrong times. I do think he overdid this Y2K thing a bit, maybe even big time. But, sometimes it is better to be safe than sorry. Actually I thought those Y2K guys on AOL a while back were pretty lame compared to him. gg. I wonder what this one guy did with 1000's of gallons of water and was it oodles of fire wood? Anyhow. Maybe you saw Mr. Tempelton on Moneyline last weekend? This was NBR from today. Um. 1 mill. by 2100. Maybe I can make some more money in the next 10 years. I would like to go out like some of those mummies. Take it all with me. Well, maybe I could spent some of it after my fingers are worked to the bone and I will be half blind from posting. gg. Hm. EMC. And I was feeling better thinking I had company in my misery with EXDS. Yes. I saw Acampora. You think HE looked nervous? You should have seen ME when I saw him that bullish. Come to think of it. Nah. Just coincidence. But I do hope the market goes up sometime tomorrow so he does not change his mind and calls for a bigger down turn. Hm. On the other hand that call may not be a bad idea. It has worked for the market the last cpl of times. One of those guys on WSW thought 11,300 would be the low for this year. Well, L.Ruckheyser said some of them will be wrong. I believe it's the same fellow that called for 14,000. It might have been John Kim. Lazzlo Birinyi went to around 13,999. One of them, Mr.Dessauer called for somewhere in the 10,000 area on HIS downside prediction. He is already right. But I think it was a bit lower. A bit. Sigh. Oh yes. Some stuff went wrong on the Y2K front. Yahoo site is having their problems. The GVT couldn't track IRAQ around New Years eve. The cpt did not recognize the satellite signals or something like that and all the data is lost now and then there are still a cpl of other snafus trickling in. There was a train crash in Oslo this morning? and a 150 car pile up in Germany the other day. I wonder which cars were not Y2K ready. Maybe those unfortunate accidents were not Y2K related. I got to get off here so I can watch my stocks tumble some more in the morning. Globex is still down. Maybe if we sleep on it things will look better in the morning. I heard some people say that some investors are starting to nibble. I guess they read my posts. gg. Sonny Hm. Just checked the Globex again. Looks a bit better. Naz100 below 4000 and E-Naz below 3000.
