That's not the point Steve and you know it! The point is you said the list would be delivered on Jan 2 to people who paid for the service. Needless to say, there were people who had that list on Friday in time to trade after hours which, in effect, nullified some of the advantage of paying for the service in the first place. That may not have been your intention ( and I believe it was not ) but that was the result.

Steve I'm very dissappointed at your lack of response in this matter.

We were told the list would be emailed to us on January 2nd. I was first surprised when I logged in mid afternoon on January 1st and received the email that said it was coming out early and to go (link) to sign up since I had already signed up. I emaild your service instantly to inform them that I had not received the list I signed up for. I have still not received a response from that email.

Then even more surprised to click on this thread and discover that the list had already been plastered ALL over the net.

The POINT here is that you promised one thing and delivered totally something else and you are acting as if you are the abused party here and that simply is not true. Had you stuck by your original promise and it then had also leaked, you would have a case. As it stands, you did not fulfill your time promise, so you broke the rules of your own game.

How else are you to advertise & put a carrot out there for proof of your service? Steve, I think you're doing OK.
Others should also realize that.

IMO,
Joe
