DeeJay - You must have read some really old books to make your comment. Inventory are at record lows nowadays, the Arabs are no longer stupid and will not break their quotas. Doesn't really matter how mild the weather is, if supply is squeezed prices will head north. Mild winter weather has already been factored into oil prices and any surprises will most definitely be to the upside.
