Jim, With IMCC, the cash per share looks very attractive to me, but how clean is the shell at this point? Any info or inkling on your part that this situation could develop any sooner than long long term? I know the drill -- get a position down low that can produce free shares on an early spike -- but I was wondering if you and SSP knew anything further on this situation. TIA, Bud
