Delphic Oracle: Fidelity online trades $14.95 excellent for me, Scottrade good too at $7. American Express has $0 commissions for accounts > 100k, but I don't know their service.

I use mydiscountbroker.com.
Service (tech. and customer support) has been super, executions have been great. $12 any kind of order up to 5000 shares. Has two kinds of trading software available. Investor View (the more "sophisticated" one) notifies you the moment the trade is executed via a small window that pops up while you are working on other things on your computer.
