09:07 ET Microsoft (MSFT ) 112 5/8: Prudential ups from "accumulate" to "strong buy" with $145 price target: would use current overall market weakness as buying opportunity; believes that first catalyst to the stock will be strong earnings report; expects upside to Pru's $0.42 est and street consensus.

JFD and All, *THANKS* from the bottom of my heart...very sweet of you folks, especially after my long absence from this Board. Again, my wife and I thank you very much, I wish all of us a terrific and profitable year 2000. I will be back on this Board going forward and will start contributing again. I see great things for this stock (MSFT) this year, and I'll tell you right now that IMHO, W2K is going to be a huge success. My preference is to stay away from the legal jargon, and focus on the fundamentals...that's where the juice is! :)
