Rich- Good Observation
IMO, if the convertible debentures are converted and done with that could be bullish. Look at TNRG (Dec 98 - May 99)similar situation, convertible debentures were shorted to the max and those that made money on the way down then cover and ride it back up. I usually stay away from any stock that even mentions Reg S or Convertible Debentures, however the volume here may indicate that the conversion IS taking place and the shorting is over. If that is the case then UVGI may be poised for a great rise. Afterall, there was alot of buying to counter the selling, this stock did not tank under the circumstances. I was taught that volume precedes price.
I'm in at .16
