just did a scan for best small caps: current ratio 90 TO 99% Percentile rank project eps annualized 5 year growth and 3 year (highest 90% percentile) short interest (low as possible) (lowest 25%) No. analysts say buy at least 2 Gross profit margin High 100 no mention of stock priced or up or down today here is the result: iona ntiq cysv exap axnt nesy mmcn psdi pvtl onxs prds makr bsqr I barely had time to check them out myself... but these have NO TECHNICAL CRITERIA AT ALL JUST EARNINGS CRITERIA. All nasdaq stocks and half are "up".. just for my own personal research.
