Sales of semiconductors continued at a record-breaking pace in November, surpassing the all-time-high sales mark set just one month earlier, according to an industry trade group.

Worldwide semiconductor sales skyrocketed to $14.2 billion in November, marking the largest monthly global sales total in the history of the industry, the Semiconductor Industry Association reported Tuesday. The previous sales record of $13.4 billion was set in October. [emph.added]
