I'm running Q-Charts and Q-Link. No problems. Not so much as a hicough (I think that's how you spell hick-up). Mine's working perfectly since resolving Monday morning's data issue I've had uninterrupted current and historical data.

I'm fine. Data seems to match well with other data.

I hear SPX is having problems, but that it can be worked around using INX.

I don't know that from experience, I don't look at Cash intraday.
