Peter, on a day like today when you see break-out of UTIL up 3.5% to UTIL 288 and levels not seen since Nov 19 and 22, you know that the broad market bottom is in and spike in bond yields nearing a high with bonds getting crushed today and yields now at 6.63% bonds are close to an important bottom.
