I have a business plan on a service that would "ease the pain" of buying and selling a house. The service would provide professionals (lawyer,engineer/termite inspector, mortgage broker/banker,title co.,moving co.etc.) with excellent credentials to ease the closing procedure. In addition, there is a guarranteed closing date (eg 30 days from contract) and the process is controlled each step of the way.

Since you are both involved in the buying/selling process- what do you think of the concept and what areas are giving you the biggest pains?

I am a long term investor in Veeco. I live on Long Island near Veeco's Corporate office and have periodically posted on this board.
