Shareholder lawsuits are commonplace.

Frankly, I don't think that they did withhold the information. It would have been too obvious. I think that they gave the cautions as soon as they started to get the feedback from the field. Moreover, it was well ahead of other companies' acknowledging that there might be some tumult ahead. I'm no fan of Charles and Sanjay, but I think that they acted unusually honestly and knowing that they would be slammed for it.
