600% shorting QCOM last year--I think that's a tremendous accomplishment! My point is that if your timing skills are that good, you could have improved your returns by an order of magnitude if you'd played the long side. I'm a pretty lousy timer and my return last year was about 3000%.

3000???? You are making me feel like a loser because i only made 1000% in 1999. <g>
1998 was a lot better for me.
