Some specifics of handset sale have been disclosed, others not. Probably will be in the timeframe from earnings (1/25) to closing (I believe around 2/20).

We do know Kyo will buy 70% of their ASICS from Q for three years (or was it five?) and that KYO will "rent" the handset div employees it wants from Q. The ones not selected by KYO will likely be offered positions in other Q divisions.

We do not know how much cash will change hands.

That's all I remember. I am sure there is a link to the conference call, but I don't have it. Try Qualcomm.com and click on Investor Relations; they should have a link.
