Sue, SVRN is a decent Mid-Atlantic bank. It spike in mid 1999 on news it was going to become an internet bank, ran up to over 20 before sinking back to 10-12 area. SVRN bot a lot of branches that Fleet/ Bankboston had to sell to complete the deal. Some think that they overpaid or are having trouble digesting the acquisition and others before it. does seem like a slam dunk for one with patience. uh oh, the P word. ggg larry
