Jack I agree that the spin off is still far away to many and that gives us some nice opportunities. Like Gary, I also got some more today at 44. My good news is that a little diagnostic maker, TRIBY which I've been holding for a few years finally popped today. So like you, even if 3com finishes off the pace, it'll be a real good day anyway. I held off buying COMS when I realized that MSFT would be doing their 'thing' tonight.. PALM IS on everyones mind, but I think MSFT is also on peoples minds and shorts piled on.. I would say COMS will take the drop below 40 for the next few weeks,.. wouldnt surprise me in the least.. but in the end it all comes down to the PALM ipo.. and its not that far away.. and COMS will move much much higher.. this thread is an emotional roller coaster.. one day its ra ra ra! and the next day all hope is lost, sell sell sell.. I have a hard time figuring out wether you are long are short Gary.. I imagin CBS market watch when they quoted you had the same difficulty :) I hope for your sake you ARE short because the next few days will kill you if your long...
