No surprise.....when a stock goes up as quickly as NT over the past 6 months, it probably attracted lot of momentum players who overshot the stock and so now the market is shaking these momentum players and once it stabilizes with the long-term bulls (institutions, fund mgrs, people like us), it should form a basis for another hopefully gradual and controlled run-up to the next earnings report.

As you say, shaking the Mo players is not necessarily bad for the long-term..........we don't want NT to be considered a high-flyer, unstable stock. Long term, it has oodles of potential if they execute some of their aggressive strategies to permeate the communications market with their products & software in the next decade.

One thing I have to say, NT has really made huge strides in their marketing compared to the old days when they belonged to the PTT Gentlemen's club.
