your right and I shouldn't either, I never thought what he did was illegal mainly because I truly think instutions do the same thing and it isn't fair considering they get away with it. But in this instance you are probably right, g-d only knows how many times I lost money because of picks like this.. I was one of the lucky people that actually made money on his site but I bet there were many innocent poeple that lost there life savings and for that reason he deserves what he gets. I will leave it at that.
