>>So...why are you still in the stock?

good question...we thought, as did The Small Cap Analyst and apparently now Director that NewKidCo would and should have been trading at $5-$10/share by now. Given it is trading at June 1999 levels, which was before NewKidCo closed their $10M PP signed with Disney, hired the top guns out of Acclaim, etc. something is very very wrong....The fact NewKidCo is still trading at change is inexcusable and simply preposterous for anyone to make excuses for this management team...our thinking is that their is a Mattel© acquisition looming, of which, the Rabins, Kaplan et al have been aware of for some time, hence why they say nothing and run NewKidCo as if it were privately-held...The Acclaim execs?...window dressing? for Mattel©?...or this stock simply would not be trading at these levels(.) It is only opinion but our extensive experience suggests that something is very very wrong here...it is our intent to golden parachute out with the Rabins and Kaplan after Griffiths-McBurney takes this stock to $5-$10 per share which should occur within 12 months because there is very little upside for a company with little capital, no understanding of being publicly-held and head-to-head with THQI and most likely will always be one off of having the license every child simply must have i.e. where the first $ go for video gaming xmas presents viz a viz Rugrats© in 1998 and Pokemon© and Toy Story© in 1999...bottom-line with NewKidCo is that it is not real high risk given our opinion it is being positioned for a short-term takeover, perhaps the day after Kaplan's 25% net profit-sharing contract expires June 2000/1?...Again, a highly probable smoking gun is NewKidCo's stock price in light of its pipeline of news/licenses and the Acclaim hiring...nothing....all bets are off if NewKidCo actually lists NASDAQ q1 2000 and actually unveils a superior competitive advantage Internet edutainment site in their registered url NewKidGames.com...the fact they did not issue preliminary q4 numbers, as they did last year, may also be significant?...accordingly, NewKidCo is a HOLD for us, in our opinion only, apparently as it has been and is a HOLD for the Rabins and Kaplan...they have not and are not purchasing common on the open market either?...
