Exactly. I just don't see the difference between what he did and what Merrill (or any of the other pimps) does when they come out with an "upgrade" (or the latest trick, raising the price target) on a stock they are holding a substantial amount of inventory on or on which a big client wants to sell a large block of shares or on a stock they underwrote a few weeks earlier. Chinese wall my butt...
