HCEN: I don't know the stock. . .but I see your point. The upgrade came out on a terrible day. . .so you figure it should have a delayed reaction to the upgrade. I don't know if that happens much or not. $30 is a +300% target, which is unusual as well. The stock spiked the day before the upgrade. . .so it appears someone knew something. A lid was kept on the stock today. I just don't know enough about the company to comment on it. But it is an interesting play idea. . .a delayed upgrade reaction. HMMmmmm . . .??
