Let the fund managers, etc. park their money in cyclicals and energy stocks. . . while we individual investors move into the high flying tech stocks. That suits me just fine. And when we push them up to announce splits, etc. They can worry about dumping their cyclicals below where they bought in. . .so they can play catch up to the high fliers.

Remember. . .that new money has not yet hit the markets. . . and when it does, it won't be in Alcoa or Caterpillar. . . it will be in the tech stocks. . . .so let it come. . . I'm all ready to go.

The rotation into cyclicals, REITs and energy stocks worked well in April. . . .but that was leading into the summer doldrums. . . this is an entirely different market. And if I had sold JDSU to buy Du Pont today. . . I would have major trouble sleeping tonight. . . .all it takes is one upgrade or related news item and they will once again be flying high.

Sold your CMGI to buy energy stocks? Sleep well.

Definitely look for quick rebound when it comes due to fund money on sidelines. But it probably won't last long. Wash and rinse game until Fridy's numbers. And then wash and rinse until the next big numbers etc.

Early April could get real ugly. People have been just rolling their gains back into the market, ignoring tax consequences. If they are still in in April, with no cash on hand, they are going to have to raise cash.
