Ed I spoke to RRL today Insiders only have 176,000 Shares but they got 2 Million in the PP and Options. So they now own well over 2 Mil Shares of 9mil out. Just be careful as the Shorts got creamed today but tomorrow is another day. Cheers.

Ed, I'm in Toronto, but I see that you have already got the o/s share figure. A couple of points. 1) If the PP's go through as stated, they will add 22 million shares to the current fully diluted shares. The company's info on current o/s shares is correct as these PP's have not been closed yet. I don't see anything in SEDAR or CDNX site re a filing so maybe the price of 30 cents is not written in stone, but my guess would be that they would be done at that level. 2) They have also announced their intention to issue 7.5 million performance shares. As far as I know, performance shares are unique to BC and are only issued to insiders or principals. They remain escrowed until the company achieves a certain level of positve cash flow, which I believe is based upon the company's o/s shares. Therefore if all these transactions go through, fully diluted shares will increase by 29.5 million. (market cap of approx 80+ million) Since you are an experienced day-trader, you no doubt liquidated your position for a healthy profit today and will only need this information to make your next prudent trading decision.<g> Good luck to all.
