Terry: Thanks for the info: No wonder I could not find it at Microsoft. I did try to use the edit command in WOW and put the hi,low,close & volume in and it took it with the 1/3/00 date. The chart loaded fine with the y2k data in. Don't know if the problem is on WOW or Qplus side. It took it ok on 12/13/99 but not 1/3/00 thru the import command from ms/data which is the directory I set up for exporting. I'll contact mswin. Again, thanks for the help. rmj
