On the wireless front... Has there ever been any direct tie of GNET to Metricom due to the interest P. Allen has in MCOM? I know we have discussed this issue in the past but has there actually been an announcement with regard to a link? Also, any thoughts on WIRELESS deals? The following excerpt is from Go2net's announcement back in October with regard to Net2phone deal. go2net.com They state that "WHEN Go2net provides start pages or customized portal offerings to third parties distributed through set-top devices, CELLULAR PHONES, and PDA's," "When" vs."IF" is a big difference... :) Is this just wishful thinking or does anybody think this is a reality beyond any MCOM alliance.
