Ahhhh- and so we are simple AND free? Great. Why is it a gift to be simple? Is that something that runs in tandem with the old "Ignorance is Bliss" homily? I'm not sure (on reflection) that I wish to be simple- may I merely be free, and leave the simplicity to others? Because (imho) others have simply occupied the field. I think I would prefer to be free and abstruse, or perhaps free and recondite, but simple simply does not appeal to me. Although I am daily witness to it's general appeal.
