well i'm sure he has the money to fight it and keep his sorry ass out of jail...but IMO they should shut his site down

They don't care Anthony. Most will continue to do business with him, because they don't know what else to do. That's my hunch. I bet he stays in business, pays some fines, which will not be detrimental, and will have to operate a little differently, as he will be under close watch. I bet this doesn't even leave a scar. That kinda sucks too. He should be investigated for purposely trading against other people that he has had differences with. There have been many complaints about that. It's one thing to trade your own money against someone you don't like, but to initiate an army of traders against another person, well, there has to be something wrong with that. These guys just take a lickin' and keep on tickin'. It sucks. I hope I am wrong and they really whip him for his behaviour, but I don't think it's gonna be that bad for him.
