OK beach, sorry - couldn't resist.

Did you say this person already reformatted the hard drive?
If so...
As I recall it, you want to start by making a DOS boot disk, or just find DOS on floppys and fire up DOS without installing it. This computer is probably too old to be able to boot off the CD player. Once you've done that and you get an A:\ prompt, you need to install Cd-rom driver to get that working so you can then load 95 from the CD.

Sure wish I could help you beach, but I have my desktop down from Y2K and am trying to figure out what to do also. Not up to par with that stuff. My laptop is fine tho. Thank goodness.

Good luck.
