Yes this is technically correct, perhaps incorrectly paraphrased by GV Tucker, but this doesn't change the fact that Intel made low speed Celerons scarce and eliminated the P-III-450 and cut back on the 500 and fire saled it to E-machines. Not to mention the Flopper delays and the high end flopper delays....
All this was widely discussed here months ago. All poo-pooed by most Intel faithful.
